QTS Realty Trust, based in the United States, seeks a Manager, Critical Operations to lead facility strategy and maintenance for a 24/7 data center. You will oversee mechanical and electrical systems, safety programs, and DCIM platforms, driving continuous improvement and energy efficiency.

This on-site leadership role requires strong people management, budgeting, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering, sales, and operations teams to ensure 100% uptime and compliant operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years workplace or professional equivalent experience.
• 5+ years people leadership experience in data center environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement facility policies and procedures.
• Lead maintenance for mechanical, electrical, life safety, and controls.
• Manage budgets and capital projects.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support 24/7 data center operations.
• Oversee safety compliance and regulatory requirements.
