Job summary

Quality Technology Services, LLC (QTS) is seeking a Supervisor, Critical Operations to lead the facility and critical systems (electrical, mechanical, FLS, plumbing) within a 7x24x365 data center. You will supervise, train, and develop a team while coordinating maintenance, incident response, and customer-related requests on the data center floor.

Qualifications

• Four or more years of workplace or relevant industry experience.
• Previous direct or indirect people leadership experience.
• Six or more years of workplace or relevant industry experience in a data center environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish, implement, and maintain facility policies and procedures.
• Lead preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Oversee work orders and budget for parts and services.
• Coordinate emergency response planning and incident reporting.
• Provide updates to the Critical Operations Manager and Site Director.
• Stand-in for the Critical Operations Manager when needed.
