Job summary

Wesco in Town and Country, MO, seeks a Critical Facilities Manager - Data Center to lead daily operations of mission-critical infrastructure in a 24x7 environment. You will supervise on-site staff and vendors, drive preventive and emergency maintenance, and ensure uptime and safety across electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and life-safety systems.

You will develop and enforce Change Control, SOP, MOP, and ERP docs, manage spare parts and lifecycle planning, and provide on-call support.

Qualifications

• High school degree required; bachelor’s preferred.
• Technical degree in mechanical, HVAC or electrical field preferred.
• 5+ years as a Critical Facilities Manager or similar role.
• Strong planning/scheduling skills with good organization.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site field coordination and project management for data center operations.
• Manage 24x7 site operations team of technical and admin staff.
• Oversee mission-critical equipment, life safety, mechanical, and electrical systems.
• Schedule preventive and emergency maintenance; supervise inspections.
• Oversee vendors, subcontractors, and maintenance services.
• Troubleshoot issues and organize resolutions to keep uptime.
• Support Change Control, MOP, SOP, ERP documentation updates.
• Administer vendor onboarding, safety inspections, and policies.
• Manage spare parts inventory and lifecycle planning.
• Provide on-call support 24x7 as required.
