Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on data center or critical facility experience.
• Experience with UPS, generators, switchgear, and power distribution.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of MS Office, CMMS, and Google Suite.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform work at heights.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain all critical building systems to ensure 100% uptime.
• Monitor, adjust, and maintain refrigeration, chillers, HVAC, electrical equipment.
• Record equipment readings, analyze operations, identify issues, and take corrective action.
• Manage work orders through CMMS, coordinate with vendors and respond to tickets.
• Assist with incident management and emergency procedures to protect operations.
