Job summary

Aegis Project Controls is seeking a Senior Project Controls Engineer in Lebanon, Indiana to lead CPM scheduling for data center projects. You will work with client PMs, construction pros, and stakeholders to develop, manage, and monitor project control systems throughout lifecycles.

Responsibilities include creating baseline schedules, updating progress, performing critical path analyses, and reporting monthly outcomes.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in project controls with CPM scheduling in vertical construction.
• 2+ years in data center project controls experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction, project management, or related field (waived with 5+ years of vertical construction).
• Proficiency in Oracle Primavera P6.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and monitor CPM schedules for data center projects.
• Review project documents to build baseline schedules with dates, activities, milestones.
• Perform progress updates, reporting, and narrative explanations.
• Conduct critical path analyses and offer corrective actions.
• Create metrics, KPIs, and benchmarks; support cost and resource management.
• Communicate status to project teams, clients, owners, and stakeholders.
