Travel to sites is required, with responsibilities spanning maintenance, safety, and reporting. The candidate should have HVAC credentials, EPA license, and the ability to work under supervision or independently as trained.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• HVAC certificate program or equivalent experience.
• EPA refrigerant license.
• Basic electrical knowledge.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism.
• Reliable team player.
• Able to read electrical diagrams and blueprints.
• Knowledge of Ohm's law and HVAC concepts.
• Capable of summarizing and reporting work performed.

Responsibilities

• Render on-site and phone assistance to customers.
• Communicate with National Technical Support on equipment issues.
• Perform scheduled maintenance per guidelines.
• Implement Field Change Notices as published.
• Maintain safety guidelines and wear PPE.
• Provide accurate reporting and complete timecards and forms.
• Maintain inventory and company property.
• Meet on-site response time requirements and assist customers.
