Job summary

Vertiv Corporation is seeking a Cooling CE to install, commission, and service Liebert Air products. You will build rapport with customers, coordinate with offices and management, and ensure safety and documentation are maintained during all tasks.

The role requires on-site work, adherence to safety guidelines, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams. Travel and flexible schedules may be involved to meet service needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• HVAC certificate program or equivalent experience.
• EPA refrigerant license.
• Basic electrical knowledge required.
• Demonstrated interpersonal and professional skills.
• Reliable team player with problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Render on site and phone assistance to customers.
• Perform work related tasks per company guidelines.
• Capable of working under supervision or independently.
• Maintain certifications per job requirements.
• Communicate with National Technical Support on equipment issues.
• Complete scheduled maintenance and document activities.
