Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of field experience and 3+ years in a superintendent role, OSHA 30, and proficiency with Procore/Bluebeam. Direct hire with strong growth potential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction field experience.
• 3+ years as a Construction Superintendent.
• OSHA 30 Certification required.
• Experience with commercial, industrial, mission-critical, or data center construction.
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong leadership, scheduling, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead all field operations from mobilization through project completion.
• Supervise Assistant Superintendents, foremen, field crews, and subcontractors.
• Manage project schedules, manpower, and site logistics.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, QA/QC, and Safety teams.
• Maintain daily reports, field documentation, and production tracking.
• Lead safety meetings and enforce OSHA standards.
• Oversee inspections, punch lists, and project turnover.
