Job summary

KODIAK Construction Recruiting & Staffing is seeking an Assistant Project Manager in Phoenix, AZ for data center and commercial construction, on-site. You will work with the Project Manager, manage schedules, documentation, and budgets, and gain hands-on experience toward becoming a Project Manager.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial construction experience.
• Understanding of construction schedules, budgets, and contracts.
• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager throughout all phases of construction.
• Coordinate project schedules, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.
• Manage material expediting, deliveries, and project files.
• Assist with budgeting, cost tracking, and project reporting.
• Coordinate with field operations, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Monitor project progress and communicate schedule impacts.
• Support inspections, quality control, and project closeout.
