Job summary

AEC Consulting Group is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead on-site operations for Data Center and Mission Critical Facility projects in Phoenix. You will oversee project teams, coordinate with subcontractors, and ensure safety, schedule, and quality standards are met to deliver environments that meet exacting specifications.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent on Data Center or Mission Critical Facility projects.
• Demonstrated history of managing on-site construction, safety compliance, and quality control.
• Proven ability to lead subcontractors and coordinate with project teams to meet milestones.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Enforce strict safety protocols and regulations for a safe on-site environment.
• Monitor and maintain high construction quality and workmanship throughout the project.
• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors and crews, guiding to meet milestones.
• Serve as primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing clear project updates.
• Identify and resolve construction-related issues to keep projects on track.
• Control project costs and manage changes to stay within budget.
• Maintain schedules and adjust for delays or issues.
• Keep accurate project documentation including daily reports and progress photos.
