ARCO a Family of Construction Companies is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to supervise site logistics, coordinate subcontractors, and work with project managers to deliver high‑quality, on‑time construction projects nationwide.

This role requires 2+ years of ground‑up construction experience, willingness to travel, and proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, and scheduling software. Base pay ranges from $80,000 to $115,000 with a discretionary bonus and generous benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of construction experience.
• Ground up commercial or industrial experience preferred.
• Pre-cast or tilt-up construction experience preferred.
• Ability to travel across the country is required.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and project scheduling programs.

Responsibilities

• Attend post award review meetings to receive project information and preplanning details.
• Prepare a construction activity schedule including manpower and equipment requirements.
• Direct and control the total construction project to meet specs and schedule while achieving profit.
• Coordinate subcontractors to integrate with project schedules and progress.
• Maintain a daily diary of project facts, events, and approvals and report progress.
