Job summary

ARCO is seeking a seasoned Superintendent to lead ground-up light- and mid-industrial construction projects nationwide. You will manage field operations, coordinate with subcontractors, and drive projects to meet schedule, budget, and specifications while traveling as needed.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in lead superintendent roles on data center or mission critical builds, travel willingness, and strong proficiency with MS Project, Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Qualifications

• 5-25+ years of construction experience, with at least 5 years as a lead superintendent on data center or mission critical projects
• Willing to travel when needed
• Computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook, and project scheduling programs
• Possess and maintain a current, valid driver's license in your state of residence
• Ability to meet physical demands of the job (standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs)

Responsibilities

• Attend preconstruction and kickoff meetings to receive project details
• Prepare schedules, organizational structure, staffing, and equipment requirements
• Direct total construction project to meet specs within time and budget
• Coordinate activities of subcontractors within project schedules
• Review requisitions, PO's, invoices and other reports
• Maintain daily project diary and report progress to the project manager
• Ensure adherence to safety program across all phases of the project
