Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of industry experience.
- OSHA 30-Hour Certification required.
- Minimum 8 years of construction and/or craft supervision experience.
- At least 5 years of Data Center experience as a Site Superintendent or Project Engineer.
- Hands-on experience with installation of mechanical and electrical systems in data centers.
Responsibilities
- Provide senior leadership and direction to Superintendents and field teams.
- Review drawings, specs, contracts to understand project requirements.
- Lead short-term planning and look-ahead scheduling.
- Monitor progress and proactively identify risks to schedule, cost and quality.
- Coordinate multi-trade installation and ensure safety and quality standards.
