Job summary

MGAC is seeking a Data Center Construction- Senior Project Manager to drive high-visibility data center projects from Indianapolis. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets, schedules, and risk, and serve as a trusted partner to clients.

This role emphasizes ownership, mentorship, and sophisticated coordination with design and construction partners. The position requires 7+ years in construction PM, a construction-related degree, and 5+ years in critical environments, with 4–5 days

Qualifications

• 7+ years of construction project management experience with understanding of building design and construction.
• Bachelor’s/Associates or equivalent in construction-related discipline.
• 5+ years managing critical environment construction projects (data centers, labs, hospitals).
• MEP project management in ground-up construction preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ambitious, focused on growth within a modern, energetic firm.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage full project scope while coordinating components of others.
• Mentor and lead teams, manage schedule, scope, and budget.
• Lead risk management, contingency planning, and schedule/budget recovery.
• Maintain client vision as a trusted partner and resolve issues promptly.
• Collaborate with clients, A&E pros, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
