Job summary

Lambda, The Superintelligence Cloud, is seeking a Construction Administrator to serve as the back-office backbone of the data center build program in the San Jose area. You will distill contractor schedules, maintain rigorous document control, and drive the reporting cadence across multiple projects.

You will work with Implementation Project Managers, field teams, procurement, and finance to ensure timely decisions, accurate records, and clean handoffs at turnover.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in construction administration, project controls, document control, or project coordination.
• Familiarity with construction documentation workflows: drawings, specifications, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and closeout packages.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 or MS Project, plus documentation and collaboration platforms (e.g., Procore, Smartsheet, SharePoint, Google Workspace, Jira, Monday.com).
• Advanced spreadsheet skills, with the ability to build clean trackers, pivots, and reporting views.

Responsibilities

• Ingest contractor schedules and extract critical path, milestones, long-lead deliveries, and float consumption.
• Maintain integrated program schedule, reconcile updates, and align delivery dates.
• Own project document control end to end: drawings, specs, submittals, RFIs, logs, and transmittals.
• Log, route, and track submittals and RFIs, monitor review windows and keep audits.
• Track change orders and reconcile with budget trackers, POs, and invoices.
• Produce weekly status reports, milestone dashboards, risk registers, and monthly summaries.
• Prepare agendas and minutes for OAC and design review meetings, ensure action items are closed.
