Job summary

Lambda, The Superintelligence Cloud, seeks a Construction Administrator to be the back-office backbone of its data center build program. You will ingest contractor schedules, submittals, drawings, RFIs and change documentation across multiple projects to deliver a single, current view of progress.

The role reports to the Data Center Implementation Manager and collaborates daily with project managers, field teams, procurement and finance.

Responsibilities

• Schedule distillation: ingest contractor schedules, extract critical path and milestones, and produce consolidated views.
• Master schedule maintenance: keep the integrated program schedule, reconcile updates, and align delivery dates.
• Document control: manage drawings, specs, logs, minutes, permits, and inspections with strict revision control.
• Submittal and RFI administration: route and track submittals/RFIs and monitor turnaround within review windows.
• Change cost documentation: track change orders and directives; coordinate with procurement and finance.
• Reporting cadence: create weekly status reports, dashboards, and monthly summaries for leadership.
