Job summary

Lambda is seeking a Construction Administrator to serve as the back-office backbone of our data center build program. You will manage contractor schedules, submittals, drawings, RFIs, and change documentation to create a single, current view of all projects.

You will distill dense contractor schedules into milestone views for leadership, maintain rigorous document control across the lifecycle, and drive the weekly to monthly reporting cadence with procurement, finance, and field teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in construction administration, project controls, or document control on complex programs.

Responsibilities

• Ingest schedules, extract milestones and critical path, and create consolidated views.
• Maintain integrated program schedule and revision history with baseline alignment.
• Own end-to-end project document control: drawings, specs, submittals, RFIs, logs, and closeout docs.
• Log and route submittals and RFIs, track review turnaround, and maintain audit trails.
• Track change orders and budget-related documents with procurement and finance.
• Produce weekly and monthly status reports and dashboards for leadership.
• Prepare agendas and minutes for governance meetings and ensure action items are closed.
• Assemble closeout packages and facilitate handoff to operations.
