Job summary

Lambda, The Superintelligence Cloud, is a leader in AI cloud infrastructure and seeks a Construction Administrator to support its data center build program in San Jose.

You will ingest contractor schedules, maintain the master schedule, manage document control, and track submittals/RFIs, delivering consistent status reports for leadership.

In collaboration with project managers, procurement, and finance, you will drive timely decisions and standardize admin practices across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 4+ years of experience in construction administration, project controls, document control, or project coordination on data center or mission-critical projects.
• Working knowledge of construction schedules, including critical path, milestones, float, and lookahead planning.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 or MS Project and documentation platforms (Procore, Smartsheet, SharePoint, Google Workspace).
• Strong written communication and ability to maintain accurate, compliant records.

Responsibilities

• Ingest contractor schedules across multiple projects; distill critical path and milestones into executive views.
• Maintain integrated master schedule, reconcile updates, and track OFCI dates and commissioning windows.
• Own the project document control system end to end with naming conventions and revision control.
• Log, route, and track submittals and RFIs, monitor review windows, and maintain audit trails.
• Track change orders and costs; coordinate with procurement and finance.
• Produce weekly status reports, milestone dashboards, and monthly program summaries.
• Prepare agendas and minutes for review meetings; assign actions with owners and due dates.
• Assemble closeout packages and ensure smooth handoff to operations and facilities.
• Administer PM and documentation platforms; develop templates and automated reports.
• Maintain controlled library of Basis of Design docs and internal procedures.
• Provide cross-functional support to DCIE and partner teams.
