Job summary

Lambda is seeking a Construction Administrator to act as the back-office backbone of our data center build program in the US. You will manage schedules, submittals, RFIs, and changes, and maintain a single source of truth across multiple concurrent projects.

You will work with PMs, field teams, procurement, and finance to keep programs on track. You will distill complex schedules into executive views, enforce document control processes, and drive the cadence of weekly and monthly reporting for

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in construction administration on data center or critical infrastructure projects.
• Experience with project controls, document control, and schedule management.

Responsibilities

• Ingest and distill contractor schedules into milestone views for leadership.
• Maintain integrated program schedule and revision history; align delivery dates.
• Own project document control from drawings to closeout and ensure current versions.
• Log, route, and track submittals and RFIs with turnaround monitoring.
• Track changes and reconcile with budgets, PO, and invoices in coordination with procurement and finance.
• Produce weekly status reports, dashboards, and monthly summaries for leadership.
• Prepare agendas and minutes for design reviews and executive meetings.
