Job summary

FourFive Partners is seeking a Senior Scheduler for on-site roles across the USA to lead the CPM scheduling for hyperscale data center projects. The candidate will develop, manage, and oversee integrated schedules aligning with complex MEP installations and turnover requirements.

You will work with executives, engineers, trade partners, and clients to produce master schedules, establish baselines, monitor progress, and report on critical paths, risks, and recovery plans while maintaining safety

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in construction scheduling.
  • Direct data center or advanced tech project experience preferred.
  • Expert knowledge of CPM scheduling principles and critical path methodology.
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6 (required); MS Project and other scheduling tools a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead scheduling strategy for mission-critical data center projects.
  • Develop, maintain, and manage detailed CPM project schedules from preconstruction through turnover.
  • Establish schedule baselines and manage progress updates, forecasts, and recovery plans.
  • Integrate design, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities into a fully coordinated master schedule.
  • Manage pull planning sessions and support lean scheduling initiatives.
  • Analyze critical path, near-critical activities, and float trends to mitigate risk.
  • Support cost and resource loading where required.
  • Prepare executive-level schedule reports and presentations for leadership and clients.
  • Coordinate with trade partners to validate sequencing, durations, and manpower projections.
  • Support client milestone tracking, including substantial completion and phased turnovers.
  • Ensure compliance with owner reporting standards and delivery timelines.
  • Promote safety and schedule discipline on site.

Position Overview

The Senior Scheduler position is On-site and responsible for developing, managing, and overseeing all project scheduling activities for hyperscale Data Center projects. This role ensures accurate planning, sequencing, and reporting of all construction activities to support on-time and on-budget project delivery. You will work closely with project executives, construction managers, engineers, trade partners, and clients to develop integrated schedules that align with complex MEP installations, commissioning milestones, and mission-critical turnover requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead scheduling strategy for mission-critical data center projects
  • Develop, maintain, and manage detailed CPM project schedules from preconstruction through turnover
  • Establish schedule baselines and manage progress updates, forecasts, and recovery plans
  • Integrate design, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities into a fully coordinated master schedule
