Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a Senior Construction Scheduler to drive planning and delivery of large-scale data center infrastructure. You will forecast timelines with Primavera P6, coordinate across development, construction, engineering, and operations, and lead critical-path reviews to align milestones with project goals.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of scheduling on major builds, CPM/float proficiency, and strong communication to provide clear updates for leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Primavera P6 or MS Project on large-scale construction projects.
• Experience with data centers, high-tech infrastructure, or mission-critical facilities preferred.
• Strong knowledge of float management, CPM, and sequencing logic.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate schedule data for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage comprehensive construction project schedules using Primavera P6 for Crusoe’s hyperscale data center initiatives.
• Collaborate with development, construction, engineering, and operations teams to maintain milestone programs.
• Perform schedule risk assessments and support mitigation planning.
• Lead critical path and near-critical path reviews with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Generate schedule reports and support project controls with analytics and forecasts.
• Coordinate scope alignment with trades and internal/external teams to ensure accuracy.
• Provide recovery plans and corrective action guidance when delays are identified.
• Track deliverables, dependencies, and run what-if scenario analyses.
• Support leadership and regulatory reporting with schedule insights.
• Conduct regular site visits to validate contractor performance against schedule.
