Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC seeks a Lead Construction Safety Manager for data center projects, serving as Owner's Rep to lead health and safety program planning, implementation, and continuous improvement across complex multi-employer sites.

You will provide technical safety leadership, ensure regulatory and client compliance, and mentor site safety personnel while coordinating with project leadership, contractors, and client representatives.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years in construction/industrial safety on large-scale multi-employer projects.
• Experience on data center construction projects.
• Experience leading site safety programs and supervising safety professionals.
• Knowledge of OSHA Construction Standards, NFPA 70E, ANSI; fall protection, electrical safety, lockout/tagout, MEWP.
• Experience conducting incident investigations, hazard assessments, audits, and training.
• Proficient in safety management systems, metrics, and risk software.
• Excellent leadership, communication, analytical and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and execution of EHS initiatives across projects.
• Develop and enforce project-specific safety programs per OSHA, NFPA 70E, ANSI, client requirements.
• Collaborate with management, owners, contractors, and JV teams to integrate safety.
• Conduct site hazard assessments, audits, and field observations.
• Review JHAs, PTPs, MOPs and other high-risk work planning activities.
• Manage subcontractor safety performance through meetings, orientations, toolbox talks, and safety stand-downs.
• Develop and deliver safety training programs and orientation.
