Job summary

Bosch Building Technologies North America is seeking a Construction Safety Supervisor to act as the on-site safety authority for a data center campus. You will administer, coordinate, monitor, and enforce safety requirements to ensure compliance with NM OSHA, NFPA, and project-specific regulations.

You will collaborate with the Bosch Project Team, General Contractors, subcontractors, and regulators to promote a proactive safety culture and rigorous incident investigation, documentation, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Safety, Occupational Health, Environmental Health, Industrial Hygiene, or related field plus 1 year of construction safety experience.
• 3+ years of relevant construction safety experience and professional safety certification (CSP, CHST, OHST, ASP, or equivalent)
• 5+ years of dedicated construction safety experience plus current OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification.
• Current OSHA 30-Hour Construction Certification prior to mobilization
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Site-Specific Safety Plan (SSSP) implementation and updates as project conditions or regulations change.
• Provide coaching to project personnel to ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures.
• Assist Project Managers and Superintendents in implementing and improving the safety program.
• Conduct daily site inspections to identify unsafe conditions and hazards; document findings and actions.
