Job summary

Bosch Building Technologies North America is seeking a Field Project Manager to lead large-scale data center infrastructure deployments, including structured cabling, fiber, and low-voltage systems. You will supervise field teams and subcontractors, ensuring installations meet design specs, schedules, and reliability targets.

The role requires 5+ years of field leadership in data centers, strong cabling/fiber knowledge, and the ability to interpret IFC drawings; OSHA 30 and relevant

Qualifications

• 5+ years of field management on large data center projects
• Strong knowledge of structured cabling and fiber in data centers
• Ability to read IFC drawings and technical documentation
• Valid driver’s license
• OSHA 30 certification or ability to obtain

Responsibilities

• Manage field deployment of data center infrastructure including cabling and network installations
• Lead field technicians and subcontractors across data halls and network spaces
• Interpret construction drawings and technical documentation
• Coordinate project schedules and resource planning with teams
• Oversee materials staging and installation equipment
• Monitor labor utilization, schedules, and costs
• Ensure compliance with industry standards (BICSI, TIA/EIA) and safety requirements
• Support testing, commissioning, and project closeout with documentation
• Serve as primary field liaison between customers and project leadership
• Handle additional responsibilities within scope of role
