Job summary

Fieldlink is seeking a Safety Coordinator to promote and maintain a safe work environment on large-scale commercial construction projects, including data center new construction. You will conduct daily safety inspections, enforce OSHA regulations and client safety standards, and lead safety training initiatives.

In this role you will work with field teams and project leadership to identify risks, document incidents, and drive corrective actions; you will also maintain safety logs and support

Qualifications

• OSHA 500 or OSHA 510 certification is required.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of construction safety experience.
• Experience in large-scale commercial construction environments required.
• Experience supporting data center, electrical, or low voltage projects preferred.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and risk mitigation practices.
• Ability to lead toolbox talks and safety training sessions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily site safety walks, inspections, and audits.
• Ensure field personnel comply with safety policies and PPE requirements.
• Lead toolbox talks and safety briefings.
• Document incidents, near misses, hazards, and corrective actions.
• Train and onboard new employees on site safety procedures.
• Collaborate with project managers and client safety representatives on safety concerns.
• Verify proper use of ladders, lifts, and tools.
• Maintain safety logs, inspection records, and compliance documentation.
• Support emergency response planning and drills.
• Conduct safety audits, inspections, and incident investigations.
