Job summary

Gray Construction is seeking an experienced Assistant Site Safety Manager for our data center/mission critical market. This field-based role supports the Safety program on large-scale projects across North America.

You will enforce OSHA and company safety rules, maintain incident records, lead daily safety meetings, and coordinate training for subcontractors. A bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of construction experience is required, with OSHA 30 preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years in construction.
• OSHA 30 Hour card.
• Experience in industrial construction environments.
• 5+ years in data center/mission-critical projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enforce OSHA and company safety regulations on site.
• Maintain safety records and reporting for incidents.
• Lead daily safety meetings and coordinate safety training.
• Assist with site orientation and subcontractor safety compliance.
• Support Site Manager with safety-related administrative tasks.
