Qualifications

• Minimum of five years construction management experience.
• Experience in managing trades valued at $50MM.
• Experience with large/complex safety plan implementation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage all facets necessary to construct the project.
• Provide leadership and serve as liaison between project team members and client.
• Oversee subcontractors and vendors to support project schedule.

Skills

Strong working knowledge of programs such as Primavera, Excel, Word, and MS Project

Effective negotiation and contract management skills

Proven track record of organizing project teams

Education

Undergraduate University degree or higher in Construction Management or closely related field

PMP certification preferred
