Job summary

Accelevation is seeking a Project Manager to own end-to-end execution of mission-critical construction projects, ensuring safety, on-time delivery, on-budget results and contract compliance in data-center environments. You will lead cross-functional teams, develop comprehensive project plans, manage budgets and forecasts, read blueprints, and communicate clearly with clients and partners.

Travel up to 50% to kickoff and closeout sites.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in construction or general contractor PM.
• Ability to read blueprints and scopes of work.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, change orders, and forecasts.
• PMP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own projects from engineering handoff through closeout, including scope, schedule, budget, and execution.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans covering timelines, resources, costs, and risk mitigation.
• Partner with Engineering, Solutions, Sales, Pre-Construction, Finance, and Field Operations to ensure contract-aligned delivery.
• Lead and coordinate internal trade teams, subcontractors, vendors, and external partners.
• Maintain accurate project documentation including contracts, permits, change orders, and closeout deliverables.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, cost controls, revenue tracking, and labor planning.
• Build and maintain project schedules with clear milestones and accountability.
• Track project performance and elevate risks, delays, or cost impacts.
• Serve as primary contact for clients and external stakeholders with clear communication.
• Enforce quality, safety, and regulatory standards with Safety team.
• Travel to job sites up to 50%.
