Job summary

ITAC Solutions, LLC is seeking a Project Manager for Data Center / Mission Critical Construction to lead complex projects, coordinate teams, and ensure precision and accountability.

You will review civil, architectural, structural, and MEP plans, manage buyouts and contracts, track costs, develop baselines, and lead owner/architect/contractor meetings. Proficiency with Procore or MS Project is required.

Qualifications

• Experience with data center or mission-critical construction.
• Procore, MS Project, or similar project management tools.
• Ability to independently manage project teams and construction schedules.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project execution, information flow, and field operations.
• Review civil, architectural, structural, and MEP plans.
• Lead project engineers, field administrators, and subcontractors.
• Manage project buyout, contracts, and subcontractor relationships.
• Track costs, forecast profitability, and present monthly projections.
• Develop baseline schedules and resolve schedule variances.
• Lead owner, architect, and contractor coordination meetings.
