Job summary

Accelevation LLC seeks a Construction Foreman to provide front-line supervision and coordination of installation services in a data center environment. You will support the Superintendent with planning, safety enforcement, and project documentation to ensure safe, efficient work aligned with project requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in data center installation or skilled trades.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and field execution.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision for assigned installation scopes or project areas.
• Coordinate rack, containment, and pathway installation activities with field teams.
• Review submittals, shop drawings, and detailing relevant to assigned project areas.
• Order miscellaneous materials and coordinate material needs with project leadership.
• Initiate RFIs to address field conditions or clarify scope.
• Assist with initial project setup including layout, logistics, and work planning.
• Support punch list development, management, and closeout.
• Complete and maintain QA/QC checklists to ensure compliance with project standards.
• Support the Superintendent with daily coordination, reporting, and field execution.
• Enforce all site safety requirements and assist with safety meetings and job hazard analysis.
• Provide leadership and supervision to assigned installation crews.
• Demonstrate accountability, teamwork, and communication.
