Job summary

Accelevation LLC is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large, complex data center construction programs from preconstruction through closeout. The role emphasizes safety, quality, schedule adherence, cost control, and robust project analytics while maintaining strong client relationships and team leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction or Data Center build outs (Infrastructure, Low Voltage, or Electrical)
• PMP certification, or equivalent, is preferred
• Must possess a high school diploma or GED

Responsibilities

• Manage large, complex, and/or multiple construction projects simultaneously.
• Provide leadership during preconstruction, including constructability reviews and planning.
• Lead development of the Project Execution Plan (PEP) and participate in peer reviews.
• Manage permitting, builder’s risk coordination, and Notice to Proceed processes.
• Oversee procurement, cost control, and change management activities.
• Develop subcontract bid packages and oversee subcontractor selection and contracting.
• Prepare the master project schedule and oversee ongoing updates and progress tracking.
• Prepare and deliver project reporting and formal project status reports to stakeholders.
