Job summary

Qualifications

• B.S. in Construction Management or Engineering is required.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing complex construction projects.
• Experience with cost projection, budget reviews, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage the project budget and GMP development.
• Coordinate the subcontracting process and preconstruction budget reports.
• Develop and maintain construction schedules with stakeholders.
• Oversee project administration, close-out, and safety programs.
• Engage with customers and community relations to support project goals.
