Job summary

Qualifications

• B.S. in Construction Management or related field with 4–6 years of experience.
• Data Center and construction project experience required.
• Strong communication and scheduling skills.
• Proficiency in PC and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager with project budgets and cost controls.
• Support contract administration, change orders, submittals, and procurement.
• Assist with project scheduling and resource planning.
• Maintain safety, quality, and compliance on site.
• Close-out and documentation processes.
