Job summary

Balfour Beatty Construction is seeking a Project Manager with Mission Critical experience in Dallas, TX. You will direct the overall project direction, budget, and schedule while upholding our Safety/Zero Harm culture and client commitments.

Responsibilities include GMP development, cost reporting, subcontractor management, and coordination with preconstruction and scheduling teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 5 years of experience in project management.
• 3 years of direct supervisory experience.
• Experience working on Mission Critical projects.
• Experience with project management software (Procore, P6, etc.).
• Experience with JD Edwards or similar construction applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversees overall direction, completion, and financial outcome of a construction project.
• Directs contract administration, change orders, submittals, procurement, and scheduling.
• Develops and manages project budget, GMP development, and projected final costs.
• Coordinates with preconstruction, scheduling, and subcontractors to meet timelines and budgets.
• Maintains safety and Zero Harm culture on site through programs and training.
• Builds relationships with clients, design teams, and vendors to meet expectations.
