Microsoft is seeking a skilled construction professional to support a large-scale data center project in Phoenix, Arizona. You will coordinate general contractors, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders, while managing schedules and documentation through commissioning and handover, under Allegis Global Solutions.

This contract role offers hands-on exposure to mission-critical infrastructure and opportunities to advance into a Construction Manager or Project Manager role as the project

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Experience with data center or mission-critical facilities preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction documents, RFIs, submittals, and change tracking.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite and reporting tools.

Responsabilidades

• Support Construction Managers with day-to-day project execution and coordination across contractors and stakeholders.
• Track action items, meeting minutes, and reporting dashboards.
• Monitor progress against milestones and assist with schedule reviews.
• Manage project documentation including RFIs, submittals, NCRs, punch lists, turnover docs, and minutes.
• Coordinate commissioning readiness and turnover documentation.
