Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with basic accounting and/or invoicing.
• Construction industry project coordinator experience is desirable.
• Familiarity with OCIP and CCIP management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the project team including data entry, filing, and proofreading.
• Verify subcontractor contracts, bonds, and insurance requirements before work begins; monitor renewals.
• Manage and distribute contract status reports and other cost reports.
• Obtain, review, and process subcontractor and vendor payments.
• Facilitate OCIP and CCIP reporting and other required documentation.
• Organize closeout information with the project team.
