Job summary

Cologix, a leading North America network-neutral interconnection and edge data center company, seeks a Construction Project Manager to lead multiple project teams, manage schedules and budgets, and coordinate with supply chain and safety teams.

You will oversee permits, AHJ processes, procurement, cost control, and collaboration with design teams to meet milestones, with a strong emphasis on safety and vendor coordination.

Qualifications

• :Experience leading multiple construction projects
• :Strong knowledge of building permits and AHJ processes
• :Ability to manage budgets and schedules across complex construction programs

Responsibilities

• :Manage day-to-day construction activities on multiple projects
• :Lead a team of external construction project managers
• :Coordinate resources for supply chain and Owner Furnished equipment
• :Enforce safety plans and regulatory compliance
• :Develop entitlements and assist with permits and approvals
• :Monitor cost, quality, and schedule performance
• :Negotiate change orders and manage budgets
• :Oversee procurement and subcontractor approvals
• :Coordinate turnover and close-out procedures
