Job summary

DC BLOX is seeking a Construction Project Manager to drive day-to-day execution of large-scale data center construction projects, ensuring alignment with schedules, budgets, and design intent. You will lead project planning, procurement, and site coordination to maintain progress and uphold safety and quality standards.

The role requires exceptional organization and communication skills to effectively manage diverse project teams and competing priorities.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Oversee project teams, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure compliance with design specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, cost estimates, and risk management plans.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality standards.
• Lead project meetings, providing clear communication between stakeholders, architects, engineers, and clients.
• Manage project documentation including contracts, change orders, RFIs, and progress reports.
• Identify and resolve project issues, conflicts, and delays in a proactive manner.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies across all job sites.
• Collaborate with procurement teams to secure materials and equipment in line with project timelines.
• Drive continuous improvement in project management practices and execution efficiency.
