Job summary

You will lead on-site construction execution, coordinate with GC partners and vendors, manage master schedules in Primavera, handle change control, and ensure quality and compliance from pre-construction through close-out.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of work experience in data center construction management.
• Strong knowledge of construction.
• Proficiency in capital budget management.
• Strong negotiation skills and a proven track record of problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Scope development and design management to define project goals and specifications.
• Pre-construction and bidding activities including scheduling, budgeting, procurement support, and vendor pre-qualification.
• On-site construction execution and field administration including progress monitoring, QA/QC, and stakeholder coordination.
• Project close-out activities including final accounting, warranties, and manuals.
