With decades of industry expertise, CCS prides itself on the quality of its work and fostering a strong sense of company morale. Our recruitment focuses on identifying highly competent individuals who align with the specific needs of our clients.

Responsibilities:

Leadership & Stakeholder Management

  • Single Point of Contact: Serve as the primary campus-wide point of contact for all Owner Furnished Equipment (OFE) and Long Lead Equipment (LLE) across a multi-building data center development.
  • Vendor & Supply Chain Alignment: Manage key supplier relationships in close partnership with Regional Supply Chain Management (RSCM) to drive transparent communication and ensure timely Purchase Order (PO) issuance.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Owner’s Representatives (ORs), Project Managers (PMs), General Contractors (GCs), and Engineering to align delivery sequences, proactively identify scope gaps, and optimize build schedules.
  • Contractual & Scope Management: Support and execute contractual scope adjustments for OFE installation and startup (e.g., shifting responsibilities directly to electrical or mechanical trade contractors).

Schedule, Tracking & Technical Specifications

  • Single Source of Truth: Develop, own, and maintain centralized tracking matrices and site-level LLE trackers to provide absolute visibility into lead times, delivery dates, and milestone statuses.
  • Pre-Purchase Specifications: Assist in reviewing and refining pre-purchase equipment specifications to align supply chain constraints with engineering requirements.
  • Schedule Logic & Dependencies: Collaborate with PMs and scheduling teams to vet construction logic, validate critical equipment dependencies, and ensure build sequences are realistic.
  • Risk & Opportunity Identification: Work with GCs and field teams to identify supply chain risks, mitigate potential site delays, and capitalize on schedule opportunities.

Quality Assurance, Testing & Technical Oversight

  • Factory Witness Testing & QA/QC: Coordinate and manage Factory Witness Testing (FWT) with Engineering, Commissioning teams, PMs, and GCs per owner specifications.
  • Factory Inspections & Audits: Perform periodic factory progress visits and conduct owner-side Quality Assurance / Quality Control (QA/QC) audits to verify manufacturing standards, monitor build progress, and minimize field issues.
  • Issue Resolution: Actively manage and resolve complex OFE challenges, including submittals, logistics constraints, quality non-conformances, and supply chain disruptions.
  • Financial & Milestone Tracking: Partner with Finance and Scheduling to keep critical milestone dates accurate, manage equipment cash flow, and track capital commitments.
  • Process Improvement: Provide active support and leadership in developing and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and supply chain process improvements across the program.

Qualifications

  • Strong business acumen in project planning and management
  • Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
