Job summary

McKinstry in Pasco, WA is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead Data Center Innovations projects, delivering on safety, schedule, and budget while achieving high client satisfaction.

You will develop project plans, manage engineering and field teams, handle change orders, cost controls, and ensure compliance. A Bachelor’s in CM/Engineering, 5 years PM experience, OSHA 30, and proficiency with MS Project/Primavera are required; CPM/PE/LEED preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering or equivalent.
• Five years of experience in project management, engineering, or construction.
• Proficient with scheduling software: Microsoft Project, Primavera and/or SureTrak.
• Completed OSHA 30 class is required.
• Experience with a General Contractor or major mechanical subcontractor preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identifies required resources to achieve project goals and develops plans and schedules.
• Acts as primary contact for project engineering staff during construction.
• Manages project controls: budgets, change orders, subcontracts and invoicing.
• Ensures safety compliance of all on-site personnel and subcontractors.
• Leads meetings, coordinates with stakeholders, and supports business development.
