Job summary

MXI Partners is seeking a senior Project Manager with a General Contractor background to lead complex data center construction in the Dallas market. The role focuses on CSA scopes, budgets, schedules, contracts, and client communication, delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget.

You will mentor Project Managers and field teams, support preconstruction, and help evolve project delivery processes while coordinating with owners, designers, and trade partners on mission-critical builds.

DATA CENTER CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

We are working with a fast-growing, established General Contractor delivering large-scale data center projects. Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager with General Contractor experience within the Dallas market who wants to make the step to lead complex Data Center construction projects.

This is a senior leadership position responsible for overall project delivery, with a heavy focus on Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) scopes. including budgets, schedules, contracts, subcontractor coordination, client communication, risk management, and project performance. The successful candidate will work closely with owners, designers, trade partners, field teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Project Manager will also provide leadership and mentorship to Project Managers, Project Engineers, and field teams while supporting preconstruction, strategic planning, and the continued development of project delivery processes.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Up to $210,000 depending on experience
