Job summary

MGAC in Lima, Ohio seeks a Data Center Construction Project Manager (Cost) to lead critical environment projects, including data centers and hospitals. You will manage scope, schedule, and budget while acting as an owner's representative.

The role requires 3+ years in construction PM, ME P experience, and strong communication. On-site involvement is expected 4-5 days per week with a client-focused, collaborative team at MGAC.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction project management experience with understanding of the building design and construction process.
• 2+ years of experience managing critical environment construction projects (data centers, labs, hospitals).
• MEP experience in ground-up construction.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage full project scope and components of multiple projects.
• Mentor and lead teams, manage schedule, scope, and budget.
• Lead risk management, contingency planning, and budget recovery.
