MGAC is seeking a Data Center Construction - Mid to Senior Project Manager in Louisville, KY. The role requires 3+ years in construction PM, ME P experience, and a background in managing critical environment projects. Expect 4–5 days onsite weekly with a focus on coordinating design, scope, and budget to meet client goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in construction project management with knowledge of building design and construction processes.
• Bachelor’s, Associate’s, or equivalent experience in a construction-related discipline.
• 2+ years of experience managing data center, lab, or hospital construction projects.
• MEP experience in ground-up construction.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ambitious and growth-focused within a modern energetic firm.

Responsibilities

• Lead full scope of data center and critical environment projects.
• Mentor teams; manage schedule, scope, and budget.
• Lead project risk management, contingency planning, and schedule/budget recovery.
• Maintain trusted partnership with clients.
• Identify and pursue add-services opportunities.
• Collaborate with clients, A&E professionals, contractors/GCs, vendors.
