Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years of project management experience, preferably in data centers.
• Must have been a Senior Manager, Project Executive, or Director.
• Demonstrates firm judgment, conflict resolution, and networking skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Manage project teams including architects, engineers, and contractors.
• Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
• Monitor and control construction and implement corrective measures.
• Manage financial aspects of contracts to protect the company's interests.
• Coordinate project commissioning and handover activities.
