Qualifications

• 5–8 years of total relevant experience, with 2 years in supervisory positions.
• OSHA 30 Certification.
• Strong multitasking competence in construction, contracting practices, processes, methods, and materials.
• Strong management skills of problem-solving, organizing, planning, directing, and monitoring construction projects and personnel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in estimating, bidding projects and change order preparation.

Responsibilities

• Manage all projects to completion on-time and within budget.
• Schedule crews, delegate work, review timelines and supervise performance.
• Participate in hiring and maintain employment paperwork.
• Promote a safe work environment and accountable practices.
• Determine job costs, labor, and material needs for on-time deliveries.
• Prepare and interpret drawings, graphs, maps, blueprints, bids, contracts, and specs.
