Amazon Data Services, Inc. is seeking a Data Center Construction Manager to lead site construction for new data centers. You will own the cost, schedule, quality, and coordination with Vendors and Contractors on daily activities.

You will collaborate with Operations, Security, and Engineering teams to deliver safe, energy-efficient, cost-effective facilities while ensuring a fast, reliable build that meets AWS standards and timelines.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience moving new design concepts from exploration to deployment or mass production.
• Experience with power management and power monitoring systems.
• Experience with MS Excel, Word, and Windows Operating Systems.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee construction project scope, quality, schedule, and budget.
• Interface with construction general contractors during bidding, award, execution, and closeout.
• Create construction project scope and requests for proposals; perform financial analysis.
• Manage construction documents including submittal reviews, RFIs, change orders and invoicing.
• Ensure construction project quality control and report construction metrics to leadership.
• Lead teams in troubleshooting and root-cause analysis of equipment failures.
