Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of project management in data centers or critical infrastructure.
• Experience with MS Excel, Word, and Windows operating systems.
• Experience with power management and power monitoring systems.

Responsibilities

• Direct interface with construction general contractors during bidding, award, execution, and closeout phases.
• Negotiate with general contractors and evaluate bids/proposals.
• Create construction project scope and RFQ/Proposals.
• Perform financial analysis of construction.
• Manage construction projects to increase data center resiliency.
• Review electrical and mechanical designs for constructability and optimization.
• Manage construction documents including submittals, RFI's, change orders, and invoicing.
• Ensure construction project quality control.
