Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience in data centers or critical infrastructure.
• Experience with MS Excel, Word, and Windows OS.

Responsibilities

• Direct interface with construction general contractors during bidding, award, execution, and closeout phases.
• Conduct negotiations with general contractors and evaluate bids/proposals with detail and accuracy.
• Create construction project scope and requests for proposals.
• Perform financial analysis of construction.
• Manage construction projects for initiatives aimed at increasing data center resiliency.
• Conduct constructability reviews of electrical and mechanical designs for new or upgraded data centers.
• Manage construction documents including submittal reviews, RFIs, change orders, and invoicing.
• Ensure construction project quality control.
