• Provide leadership for project performance, contract negotiations, client relations, budget, schedule and trade partner management.
• Lead safety and quality compliance with corporate standards.
• Coordinate with Pre-Con and Project teams on budgets and schedules.
• Manage client communications and foster long-term client relationships.
• Oversee project turnover and ensure compliance during all phases of the project.
• Participate in RFPs and contract negotiations as needed.
